Some guitars walk into the shop quietly.

This one strolls in like it already owns the place — Olympic White, double-bound, and smug about it.

It’s a 2015 Fender Japan Limited Edition 60s Telecaster, which already explains the attitude. Japan doesn’t make “average” guitars — they make guitars that feel like someone whispered encouraging haikus to the wood during construction. Alder body, original SS routing, original Pat Pend bridge, original Gotoh tuners, the whole “yes, I’m still completely stock, thank you for noticing” ensemble.

The slab rosewood board is beautifully dark, the C-shape maple neck has that honey-amber glow that suggests it’s been quietly doing yoga, and the neck thickness (21.9mm at the 1st, 23.3mm at the 12th) sits right in that Goldilocks zone: not too skinny, not too chunky — just enough to make you question your loyalty to other guitars.

Condition?

Let’s say “lightly seasoned.” A couple tiny body dings, one on the headstock, some fret wear that says “I have lived” rather than “I need a refret.” Structurally perfect. Emotionally stable. Rare, for a Tele.

Plug it in and the original AlNiCo V single coils do that very specific 60s Tele thing: Bridge — bright but not dentist-office harsh. Neck — warm without the mud. Middle — the polite handshake between the two.

The wiring is untouched, original A250Ks, 3-way, no weird mods, no surprises. It weighs 3.7kg, which means it’s substantial enough to sound like a Tele but not heavy enough to ruin your back like one of those “sustain monsters” we keep pretending to enjoy.

This is the Tele that instantly makes your other guitars look underdressed.
It’s rare, it’s Japanese, it’s clean, it’s classy, and it’s got just enough attitude to keep things interesting.

This instrument received a full professional setup with deep body clean, neck deep clean, lemon oil fretboard treatment and full electronics check. Restringed with D'addario 10-46 nickel-plated steel strings.

This guitar will be shipped around UK with Parcelforce 24h courier, safely packed into a sturdy guitar cardboard box. 24h courier service provided to UK customers. We also ship to USA, Canada, Japan, Australia and many other places, but at the moment we don't ship to EU or Northern Ireland.

However, we try to get the best playability out of every guitar and set them up so you can play both rhythm and lead.
